The work station for the deburrer TKA 500-0 is for the treatment of small parts with dimensions of min. 50 x 50 mm to max. 300 x 300 mm. The weight of the small parts shall amount to max. 3kg.
With the work station you can process straight outer edges as well R2 and R3 radius edges. The TKA 500-0 can be assembled without dismantling the blade wheel. In addition the bevel height is quick and easy to adjust; and without dismantling the work station.
Thanks to the continuos guidance surface the work station offers a high saefty aspect. The chips are ejected defined by a protective cover. |
