Very often the customers work on mild steel and Aluminium. If these materials
are the main application we offer our new beveller TKF 1101-0.
In comparision with our previous beveller TKF 1100-0, the new beveller is equipped with a faster gear. From this results an increase of the nominal load. Due to this a very good result is reached in steel and Aluminium and the bevel shows an excellent quality.

Both bevellers unit flexibility and economy and stand for precise and emission-free bevelling. Thus resulting in meticulously clean K-, V-, X and Y-edges. Thanks to the specially developed cutter procedure from TRUMPF, the edges remain oxide-free. No need to refurbish.
The bevellers are distinguished by the easy set-up and variable bevel height. The light weight as well as the compact design allows simple and ergonomic handling, also for continuous use. With the TKF 1101-0 / TKF 1100-0 the operator can remove a 6 - 11 mm bevel lenght in a single cutting stroke on sheets up to 25 mm thick.
